I should've reviewed this place sooner because I've been here a few times and I've had a good experience every time. I've had the iced coffee and the smoothies and I've had the bambino's ham and cheddar cheese bagel sandwich here and it was pretty tasty. My favorite thing is the bagel chips and cream cheese, it's so good.
So if your getting your vehicle serviced or just near where it's a great place for a quick and tasty meal. Nothing fancy but the workers seem to always be smiling and friendly and enjoy working there. Once I was there and a woman had stopped by there just to buy some bagel chips and cream cheese dips so you know it's gotta be tasty if people are just stopping there that.

    Ordered from waitr***
My order was correct I got a bagel sandwich with turkey sprouts and mustard with bagel chips and cream cheese and it was pretty good and filling!
It wasn't anything that impressed me enough to want to come back? Would probably order the garden spread cream cheese in bulk though. Stuff is delicious.

Negative stars- Insults are free here. Paying for an order you won't ever receive should also be expected.

I have written to the owners with no response.

I get that this is a small location, so it came as no surprise they were "out" of something after letting me order and pay for it at the register. 15 minutes after I ordered when I came back to pick it up. The back line cool yelled we are out of pastrami when I ordered my sandwich, but the guy took my order sonI assumed he knew of another stash or something. He told the lady AFTER ME, that they were also out of bagel chips. I mistakenly assumed that mine would be the last ordered and delivered since he said nothing to me when I ordered.

So I was allowed to order a sandwich they couldn't make, and the standard side of bagel chips and dip would also not be available. WHY DID THEY EVEN LET ME ORDER??

I get that they may run out of things, but they gave me chips I don't like as my "substitute".

Since the 3 young ladies after me had ordered after me and said it was ok they were out of bagel chips, and one had come back up to the counter right before I did and asked for the dip for her substitute chips, I thought that sounded like a good idea. So one minute later, I am the next person at the counter. I was told that I could sub my chips but I would need to pay $2 for dip!!!! The dip was already paid for in my meal, and the same guy literally have the girl in front of me the same thing. So when I said, "even though you JUST gave it to that girl over there at no charge?"

After the insult I was met with silence and blank stares.

Since the owners have not responded to my email, and the shop workers find this behavior perfectly acceptable. After 17 years of patronage at all 3 locations, I will no longer eat here. I wouldn't be surprised to find multiple violations of health at this location, as the register clerk was also eating in the prep area.

Nice and quiet place to grab a quick lunch. The girl working works by herself and is pretty efficient and really nice.

We ordered "The Soho" which is a chicken caesar sandwich and "The Met" Spicy Turkey sandwich. Both were very good and come with a ton of bagel chips and some dip.

My only gripe is I wish they could put a little more meat on the sandwiches. I'm left feeling good and not too heavy after eating however for as thick as the bagels are I feel there could be a tiny bit more protein.

Will be back for future lunches.
